“Hi there, I recently purchased two Nobbly Bobbly ice creams from a local petrol station. When myself and my partner opened them, I was surprised to find nearly no “Bobbly’s” on them both! When filling out this form I was also shocked to find that there was no best before date anywhere on either packets!
I took pictures of the ice creams and have also kept the wrappers.
I am rather disappointed with this as I don’t understand how the “Bobbly’s” could be missing, they weren’t even in the packet!
Please let me know how you are willing to compensate for our lack of “Bobbly’s”.
